If you send an attachment to Hotmail and you can save it to disk, but can't open it in
Word, then it sounds like the problem is with your computer, and the way it is set up.
If you are having the same problem at both Hotmail and Imail web messaging, IMail is
probably doing everything correctly.
Next, you might want to try this on a couple different computers, and see if they are
able to open the file directly into Word. Find the ones that can, and then figure out
what settings they have that make it work properly.
