Erick,

That line with 421 in it, is a response from the remote server (not your
IMail server). It is telling you that it is having problems getting to the
final destination's SMTP server. Not much you can do about it, except to
notify that domains postmaster of the problem.

If you cannot telnet to the host (port 25 and 110), then something is
blocking the connection (yes, it could be the firewall!) and that needs to
be fixed before mail delivery can be completed.
