Daniel,
Sorry if I wasn't clear but here I go again to explain:
1.) Yes, the settings for "Reply to Sender" which is the default is set.
It's NOT set for sending to the whole list.
2.) Refuse Null Sender is NOT checked.
3.) Yes, postmaster is resolving to me, but I have a filter setup within my
Outlook that any message addressed to "postmaster" will go to a separate
folder which these messages are not going in. I got the message because my
e-mail address is on the list as well.
4.) The user didn't change anything in the "To:" field. They simply hit
their "reply" button to reply to the original sender but instead of going to
the sender it went out to the whole list again.
Now what?

Angel,
Do you have the SMTP Security set to 'Refuse Null Senders'? If you do
(change it!), then rejected email mesages are not being delivered to your
users and those will help you troubleshoot your situation.
I read your messge several times but still do not understand your situation.
Do you have the list setting, Reply to list, unchecked? If you do, then the
rest of your message does not make sense (replies would only go to the
sender, to send to the list, user would have to change the TO: address, not
reply!). If it is checked, then the only reason I can see for your message
to make sense, is that you are the 'postmaster' so you got her 'Misdirected'
(or your email address was the orginal sender, that she replied to) message
and the postmaster response back to the sender, was swallowed by the 'Refuse
Null Sender'.
