[IMail Forum] Poster List Problems?!?

Hello List,

        Has anyone had any problems using the Posters List option of the list
server?  It appears that it does not work properly.  It is supposed to only
let people who are in this list post a message.  However others are able to
as well.  Anyone else seen this or is it a possible setting on my server?
