no, I have no info from ISC.

yep, it is, but not many people have this pb since not many run multiple 
ip's and BIND on NT, it seems.

This should be fix, along with the multiple-A records bug, in the  BIND 
8.2.3 release, which in fact is being held up by the NT port.
