[IMail Forum] messages getting bounced back

My users are getting some external mail bounced back to them.   Does anyone know what would cause this? I have attached some headers (stripped the original addi, but I have verified that it is a legit addi, and the external server was responding ie. two messages to same domain one went one did not).   Unknown user: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Original message follows.
