I have a lot of "SMTP- MX connect fail" msgs every day in my logs, but
always a tiny %age of total number of succesful SMTP redliver's. The net
can be very jerky in its success rate, and some mail servers seem to just
be unreachabla a day or more.
Your suspicion of Imail is not what I would suspect. If Imail was not
delivering any mail, ok, you gotta pb. But if Imail is delivering 80% of
the msgs, Imail is ok.
