[IMail Forum] virtual servers not able to get mail when dialing in from theisp that bought us

we were bought out by another isp back in march.
when i log into their authenication servers and get an ip from them the 
virtual mailservers will not authenicate the users to get their mail.

if you receive the ip from our old authenication servers (which will be 
going down shortly) you can.

what did i miss. ?

the ips are 209.208.x.x
they own form arin the whole lot.
