Daniel,
Well, if you have 2 or more domains, sharing the same 'Top Directory', then
when you do the Find Orphans for one of the domains, it will show the users
of the other domain as 'orphans'. So I suspect you have that condition. If
that is intentional or not, is the next question. If not, then you need to
fix your configuration of IMail and although not hard, best to perform some
backup tasks (IMail directories and registry) before beginning the fix.
Do you have 2 or more domains that share some part of the domain name
(aaa.domain.com and bbb.domain.com)? Do you have 2 domains with the same
'Top Directory' in the IMail Host Configuration screen? Is this really what
you want?
