Actually, that's another beef I have with M$. You shouldn't have to
reboot a server for any reason, including upgrades. At worst, you unload
the equivalent NLMs (oops -- DLLs) and reload the new ones. Never a
reboot for mere software upgrades. I guess my bias is showing. For the
record, my job depends on keeping ALL of them happy together, not just
the NT boxes...
