There's no way I know of to get Imail's special little web server to run a
page through anything but it's own interpreter.
This means that's you can't call perl to process a page from within Imail.
I have thought about passing all the data you need for authentication within
Imail to a perl (or something else) script running on IIS on the same
machine (different port). Running what you want from the script and passing
the original data back to Imail just to see how seamless I could make it!

Subject: [IMail Forum] Problems running perl scripts
Hi,
Has anyone had any problems running perl scripts on the Imail Web Server.
I've
tried a few things already, thanks to the help of Gary Cook. I know I have a
working ActivePerl ( I've run a script from a DOS prompt ). But everytime I
try
to access it through a browser I get redirected to the login page.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
G
