Hi Len :)

As you know, we also run an small imal box. We've only have about 800
emails and 12 domains. I have imported all logs from this year and the
database has 200.000 records. It takes about 30-40 seconds to extract a
daily report on a PII 450.

I suppose that someone with 40.000 emails accounts has enough resources to
make themself a program to work with SQL. I'll comment with the programmer.

David,

I run a small Imail operation and when I exported the xdeliver lines for
the last 6 months, there were about 300,000 lines. Do you think Access can
handle a table of 300,000 recors? but what about 4 million or many more
for the large Imail operators?

Len
