What 'access' field are you looking/asking about? The 'last write time'
could indicate a new message coming into your mailbox. The 'Last POP3' shows
the time a POP3 client accessed the mailbox. If you left your computer at
work (or somewhere else) running your POP3 client, it could be checking your
account on a regular basis. Or someone else knows your username/password and
accessed the account. Those accesses would be recorded in the log, _if_ you
have POP3 service set to 'Log' (and you may want to have 'Debug' on to get
maximum information) and have stopped/started the POP3 service. Just setting
to 'Log' without the stop/start is not enough to enable logging!
