then you are maybe doing something wrong, because 20K is really not very
much compared to what people can run, with many over 100K. at least for
SMTP and POP3 services.
Is your pb that you run exclusively or predominantly Web mail service
rather than POP3/SMTP?

I'd be really surprised if Mailsite would give you much better
performance. Imail, as you can see here, also can easily go over 100K
accounts. The guy with 250K accounts was doing only SMPT + POP3, not web
mail, plus using a unix gateway for sending. His Imail machine was idling
(under 10%), with 25 gb traffic/day.
What specifically are the symptoms of your "struggling" Imail ??
