[IMail Forum] iwebmsg problem

Hi I found a problem of iwebmsg service. In the morning of today, I found out our user can not access their web based email. and I check in the log file. they said "open failed for d:\imail\webback\web\webemail/images/space.guf" and in the services tab in imail admin window. I check the "iwebmsg"  it is still running. So I stoped it and restart it again. So everything ok. I do not know why. Can somebody can help me. It happened for several times.   Thanks a lot gary liu
