I've been testing this feature and have found that it works but has
limitations. Only 1 modem, so only one fax at a time. I'm going to
investigate possibilities with regard to internet to phone systems or
perhaps another system altogether. BTW, the pager/beeper feature works with
the modem therefore suffers the same limits. The server was not affected as
far as could be monitored

Subject: [IMail Forum] Imail Fax Option Questions
I am considering purchasing the IMail to Fax capabilities, but thought
I'd ask a few questions about it first:
1. Does the Fax option slow the server? How much processor time
is consumed during a fax process?
2. If multiple requests are made to a Fax email address, does
this que up and send consecutively and does it do this with
multiple email addresses on separate domains?
3. The list price for this module is $195. Is there a best place to
purchase this?
I have Imail 5.x running here and presently do not plan on using 6.x,
so I need this for Imail 5.x version...
