A programmer buddy of mine wrote a VB program that sends email to pager
messages out directly through the serial port of the server to the
Zetron Paging Terminal on the other end. I invoke his VB by using a
program alias. It's rock solid, and fast. I can send an email to pager
message to our whole department (10 ppl) - within 15 seconds of pressing
the send button, everyone's pagers are going off. If you're interested,
