Okay here's the problem that tech support is helping me fix:

I can't send mail from server A to server B without getting an "unkwown
user" error, even though valid accounts do exist on server B.  In fact,
server B is working great and all the users are happy.  However, there
are a subset of users that had accounts on server A that are trying to
forward mail to their user B accounts, but they keep getting this
"unknown user" error.

Suggestions?
