Since I was the first to complain about Imail's support yesterday, it's
only fair that I also report that the problems I was having sending mail
between two Imail servers has been solved. Tanya, the support engineer
was very diligent and extremely helpful in helping resolve the problem.
She did escalate the problem to the "test engineers" and they suggested
I look at the HOSTS file on the NT server and sure enough, the IP
address was wrong (typo). All in all, I must say that after the initial
frustration I had, the support effort improved considerably and I'm more
than happy to recommend Tanya as someone to ask for.
