If you don't take action against this abuse, you may get shutdown by your upstream providor who,without doubt not take lightly to the abuse of "their" acceptable use policies. Even worse your servers may wind up in the RBLs and then non of your mail, even non-spam, will get blocked from delivery to postmasters subscribing to them.
