Do they know there is spamming going on from their accounts? Do they know
it is illegal from many place? Do you know what an accessory before the
fact is?

Chances are if they are a reputable company they don't know about the first
or second question. As for the second one, it's not really a legal matter,
it's an ORBS/RTB issue. This sort of thing can get you on one of their list
and you will be getting a lot more calls from your other customers when that
happens.

I would suggest you approach them about this issue. We mentioned it to one
of our biggest accounts and they not only found out who was doing it, they
fired them to prevent any future occurrences. The miscreants in questions
were spamming for their private side business. I hope it makes them enough
to live off of. ]
