Nick,   It sounds similar to an issue we're having right now. We haven't found anything that works either. Look for any subjects "Re: [IMail Forum] MX connect fail "205.188.157.3" issue"   If you find out anything please let me know. Hi all, This one's driving me nuts. :) We're running 6.04 on NT4 SP6a. Every so often (once every couple of days), IMail decides to stop sending mail from its spool. I've tried everything from the KB (specifically from http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990730-DM01.htm) without any success at all. The server is not under any serious load at all (plenty of HDD, CPU and memory free). The only way I can get the mails to send is to place the paired SMD files in the spool one mail at a time, then use the IMail Administrator 'View Queue' tool to manually send each file. This is hardly an ideal solution. :) Anyone had similar problems? Anyone know of a simple solution? thanks in advance, Nick
