It's very simple, for DNS:

The above makes each Imail the secondary MX for the other. The you
have to set up cross relaying in the Imail:
In Imail nashville's NT hosts file

.... in Imail smtpsecurity:relay:for addresses:ip.ad.re.s2
In Imail cairo's's NT hosts file
ip.ad.re.ss nashville.weberize.com
