The Web directory in a virtual host's top directory is where domain-specific
web messaging templates go. When accessing email via the web, the system
will first look for the template in the specific domain's web directory; if
it doesn't find the template there, it will default to the primary host's
web directory (usually c:\IMail\web).
For some reason, the presence or absence of a virtual domain's web directory
can affect non-web-msg components of IMail, so the safe bet is to put it in
place, even if it's empty.
