[IMail Forum] running listserver but not mail

Is it possible to run IMail list-server for a customer if we don't host his
mail?

Would DNS be setup to point i.e. the alias "listserve" to the IP address of
the IMail server? Would I then create an Imail host "listserve.domain.com"?
