OK. Just want to be sure that when they choose to run an attachment 
from the source rather than saving to disk, it doesn't open on the 
server somehow.

Well, I know who it was. He's the last line in the W2 log, he's in 
the syslog at the exact time of the crash and the word docs floating 
around the spool directory contained stuff about his company. He 
swears he wasn't sending or receiving an attachment, so I suspect he 
feels (or knows) he was doing something wrong. LOL He said all he was 
trying to do was add names to the address book.

I'm just wondering if he may be adding tons of names to his address 
book for mass mailing and tried to send out that word doc to a slough 
of people. Anyway to check how many addresses are in his address book?
