I have a strange problem. One of our users has two mailboxes on our Imail
server (one his personal mailbox and one corp. info mailbox). He uses
Outlook 2000 as the mail client. He has no problems in accessing one of the
mailboxes while he is occationally not able to connect to the other mailbox.
But he is allways able to connect thru web messaging.
If I connect to the culprit account from any other POP client, it gets
connected properly and after making this connection, the user is able to
connect from outlook as well. So there is no problem for a few days after
which the same episode repeats.
Has someone had similar problems earlier? Can someone guide me in
troubleshooting this problem?
