Hi Ajay,
I have experienced exactly the same problem. The final resolution was to
move the
user's email account over to a new mail server! If I connected via Outlook
to his
account it would "unlock", he could then download the mail as normal. The
problem
occurred randomly, there did not appear to be any pattern or anything out of
the
ordinary in the logs. We tried to remove his account, the email directory
and even the
domain but the problem remained.
Since the user moved to the 'new' Imail 6.x box he has reported no problems.
The 'old'
mail server that exhibited the problem was an Imail 6.x box upgraded from
Imail 5.x - I'm
not sure if this is relevant. No other users have ever reported the same or
a similar
problem - very strange!
I've searched the KB articles but to no avail. Has anyone else suffered
similar
problems and is there a resolution?
{Bob}
