I have a program that automatically sends messages to a number of
recipients when certain events occurs. The program formats the each
recipient with name <email address>. The To: line is then sent as one line
to the server. Occasionally, this line of recipients is being broken in
the middle. I can see this when I receive a copy of the message. The
headers of such a message are listed below. For one particular message,
there are 32 recipients. I have checked my registry settings and there is
no max number of recipients set. Is there an intrinsic max number of
recipients in IMail? Or has anyone seen this problem and solved it?

Also, you can see that the broken last recipient runs into the subject
line. This results in no subject line being transmitted.
