WSPingPro checks for open SMTP relays? I think that's going beyond
its charter, or at least the charter as I see it.

So, moving MS SMTP to a non-standard port in an Imail machine means
that MS SMTP better have an anti-relay setting.
Any port scanner will do that, returning all ports and the tcp/udp
services found on each one. NetScan Tools 4 has a very fine port
scanner, too. I don't remember how wide a network it will scan.
The best way for spammers to find open relays is simply to look them
up in ORBS or MAPS RSS databases.
