ok, is there anyway to delete a user from a list on the list server? Using Imail 6.0.
I contacted tech support at Ipswitch and the answer was "The only way to delete a
user is to do it manually"
The only way I have found is to search for the name in the list, highlight it and
click delete. This is long and tedious for large lists. The edit box doesn't work.
Tried setting up an alias to delete a user by forwarding (redirecting to 'imailsrv
-remove domain listname'format) Tried to set up an alias to remove an unknown user
(imailsrv -ruhost domain listname' format). Didn't work. Was going to try to start
from there and have messages received with 'unknown' in the subject automatically sent
to that mailbox so they would be deleted.
Am I way off track? Any suggestions for something that works? This is annoying the
heck out of our clients and now myself as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
