I hate to use this forum to vent against IMAIL Tech Support but can anyone
tell me how to get support!
Because paying for a support contract sure isnt' the way! We have had a
major problem for months in reference to web mail and they have done
nothing. Everytime I can, the tech I need is on the phone and will call me
back, right! Or they leave me on hold at my expense for excessive lengths
of time to never return to the phone.
I guess my only solution is to change mail servers, anybody have any
comments as to a product that actually works the way it is suppose to and
will provide support when paid for? And for those thinking of purcahsing
IMAIL I would reconsider!
