We have been running Imail for the past 2 years. Yes we do pay for a service
contract. We have called tech support MANY times for assistance, they have
always answered ALL my questions and solved the problem ASAP. If you can't
pay for the support then you should change. To obtain reliable and
consistent technical support you MUST pay for it. If you have a service
contract with Ipswitch, complain about it.

What is your problem with webmail?
