Subject: [IMail Forum] DSL access to Imail

I have a strange one. I am setting up a new hosting customer with a new
domain. His other domain is with a company he no longer wants to do business
with.

When I set up his mail account like I usually do for customers that do not
use us for Internet access, he cannot get his email. His username and
password box keep coming up on the screen. He is connected via DSL and the
company that hooks him up will not give us the IP of the DSL Router. It is
set up using NAT and his inside computers are using the 192.168.*.* IP's.

He can get his email from his other host. He cannot from us.

Any ideas?

Sheldon
