backup MX doesn't work like that.

The mailboxes only reside on the primary MX.  The mail will be 
delivered to the secondary MX when primary MX is unreachable, but the 
mail will not be accessible in users' mailboxes until the primary MX 
/ mailbox server comes up again so the backup MX can relay the storee 
mail to the primary.
