I'm not talking about the size of msg being at fault, but the
contents, format of a msg causing SMTP process to die, stay in
memory, and leave the msg in the queue for the next SMTP process to
bite into it.
Bad msg, not big msg.

There's a util called maillog.exe, I think, in the Imail util's page
on ipswitch site. Run that against one of your sysMMDD.txt files.
