I have the same problem, only I send my newsletter to 30,000 individual
subscribers, and no, a list will not work as I need to update this
subscriber list on a daily basis....
As of now, the newsletter gets sent anywhere btwn 4 hours to 25 hours... and
some of my subscribers are not getting their newsletter (which they paid
for) until 24 hours later....
