Hello,

We are having a very bizzare problem with I-mail webmessaging v6.0.
Quite frequently (atleast every 24 hours) the I-mail web messaging
services starts taking 100% of the CPU time for no apparent reason. It
is taking 100% of the CPU on a dual 600 Pentium III box. We are running
win NT 4.0. I read in the support base the reason why is because the
monitoring service can attempt start another I-mail webmessaging service
and take 100% of the CPU, but the thing is I have turned off all I-mail
web messaging monitoring (imail admin -> monitor -> WWW monitor check
box and in imail admin -> web messaging server -> Auto restart server on
exit check box), and it is still happening. I know for a fact it isn't
spam or anything of that nature as the NT task manager states the imail
web messaging service is taking 100% of the cpu. Has anyone had this
problem, and if so, what was the resolution?

Thanks

Tony
