By all means ignore my questions, I don't really expect (want) answers. Just
trying to give you some things that I would look at, if I were still doing
support (which I'm not, but my boss lets me amuse all you forum members).
I'm glad to hear that the Support people have asked the same questions
(means I taught them well). But if they don't ask all of them, maybe you
should still find the answers, just so you can be sure that this is not some
outside influence (which does happen!).
I would be interested (and so will others) what the final resolution is.
