[IMail Forum] restricting # of users

Forgive me if this has already been a thread.

When using an external database (in this case, MS Access), I just noticed
that there is no way to restrict the number of e-mail accounts. I set it for
4 max and I just added a fifth to the site.

Can anyone else confirm this?
