Did you set setup the 5th user while you were logged in as 
administrator of the domain, or administrator of IMail (or right on 
the server)? I don't think it matters what you set it at if you go in 
through the interface on the server or as an IMail admin through Web 
mail. But if you set up a user under a domain with administration 
privileges, then he logs in through web mail, then the limits should 
work.

I'd be interested if I'm wrong about that.
