Thank's for the link! AnswerTrack is an HKSI product, so I called them and
spoke to the infamous Ron. He went over all the features and even did a demo
with me. It does not only what I needed (Round robin of emails) but also
some stuff I didn't even know I needed (email tracking, detailed reporting,
etc...).
I signed up for the beta and would advise anyone running a call center to
check this product out!

Try taking a look at http://www.answertrack.com/ The Product is not out
yet but it should be released in Beta in a week or so. I think this is
just what your looking for. We also run a call center and have been
following the release of this product for about 2 months now.
