in case you missed it:

"Then your Imail has to be set up as relay for his domain and in DNS, 
your Imail is secondary MX record for his domain.

In your Imail, SMTP security, relay for ip addresses, add his mail server's ip.

In your NT hosts file, add a line for his ip + domain.

In DNS, in his zone file (nothing changes in your zone file):

@    MX  10 hisbox.com
@    MX  20 yourbox.com

Hisbox must have a fixed ip."
