Just so I understand what you have, if you go into the MMC for the Default
SMTP Virtual Server, click on the Advanced button next to the IP address on
the General tab, you'll see an IP address and and a port of 1000?
Not to be insulting, but also check and make sure that SMTP is not stopped
in MMC.
Also, have you turned on logging in MMC?
What kind of error do the ASP pages give?
