Its a dedicated link between different regional data centers which allows me
to communicate between my different servers at a fast speed.

So for example I pump live video into my hub data center then from the hub
pump it out to the regional center's then people get fed directly from the
regional center.

??? you have a private network?  or do you deliver Imail-to-Imail
over a dial-up link?
