I sort of guessed that deleting the account might fix it....
My problem is that this seems to be occuring every couple of days on a
random new account, dont really want this to keep reoccuring.....
Same as you we create the accounts via another program not IMail..

we had that happen with 5.x before. and we just deleted the user and remade
the account and it took care of the problem.
never found out why or what about the account caused it.
the only thing was that the account was created by our billing program IBOB.
