Matt, This is a user-to-user and a unofficial vendor-to-user problem
solving exchange forum.
I've been here since 4.x was released and my best suggestion to all new
Forum members is to not read into the messages. Trying to decipher "Tone"
will get you nowhere here. We are blessed with extremely knowledgeable
users that spend considerable time helping people out. I'm sure even the
most veteran of Forum users get tired of seeing "What is the best
anti-virus program to use with IMail?" or "How can I set up a external DB
to use with IMail?"
While the search engine could use some help, I always look at the Archives

Usually putting in 2000 in the box with the other keywords to just return
recent topics
