It was not my intention to be rude, only to let you and others know that
many times you can find your answer more quickly by looking in the knowledge
base or to quote another member of this list "RTFM".
Many times, it can take 15 to 30 minutes for a post to show up and depending
on who is reading the list, even longer for an answer. If you're in a
hurry to fix a problem, many times that time frame is not acceptable and it
only creates frustration on your part waiting for an answer. Just trying
to provide "newbies" and "lurkers" an option.
