I'm not familiar with hostingcontroler.com's application, but Rodopi's ISP
administration suite does a pretty good job of integration with Imail.  It
allows you to use scripting that they support to send the user's account
sign-up information the Rodopi admin server to your Imail server.  It is a
bit pricey though.

We have used it for about two years and are looking to upgrade and integrate
it with the two other ISPs we have recently merged with.
