Listserv isn't working correctly for my relatively new setup.
I believe my problem has to do with where the Program Alias "imailsrv"
resolves to. Presently it resolves to "imailsrv mail1.domainname.com".
That's it. Doesn't go any deeper and finish with a .exe file name or
anything. Doesn't begin with a drive letter. Is this correct?
More info: The original installation of Imail was to a folder called Imail.
That install was a bit messed up, so we re-installed fresh into a folder
called Imail2. Did the normal config, changed the top directories to
reflect the folder name change, etc. In no time it's up and working fine
for SMTP, POP3, Webmail. But Listserv isn't doing what it's supposed to.
Back to the Program Alias for imailsrv ..... when I go to that alias and hit
the browse button next to the Resolves To path and look back up the path, it
goes to my old folder Imail, not my new folder Imail2. So obviously I need
to change this, but what to? I didn't find anything in the KB, and Imail
seems to want to default to a path using C:\Imail, regardless of what I
specify in the top directory path at the localhost level.
Any suggestions?
